Often
when companies experience rapid growth, they "loose the formula
for success". Management and staff want to make sure that doesn't
happen, so we have firmly defined our company values and culture.
Each quarter the entire company takes time to ensure that people
are encouraged and recognized for "committing" a Cristek Value.
Employee activities or habits inconsistent with the Cristek
culture are tactfully mentioned to co-workers. Developed by the
staff and management team together, these values govern our
behaviors and will give you a great idea about what it is like to

Our People
From the management team to every individual contributor,
everyone here is great at what they do. Continuous Learning and
Growth is a value and managers are provided training and are
evaluated on how well they coach and develop their people to
become the next leaders of the Company.

Cristek's business is organized to promote innovation.
Although the company has a standard product offering, over 80% of
all revenues are derived from customized projects and products.
We're Quality Oriented
ISO-9001 certification is expected late this year and once achieved plans to pursue Baldridge recognition exist.
We Share the Wealth
Cristek monitors industry standards annually to ensure that the company's base pay rates fall within the top 25% of its peers. Additionally, the company offers quarterly cash bonus compensation tied to company and individual performance, a 401K plan with a 50% match and a 100% company funded profit sharing retirement program. Employees can also be compensated for up to
two hours per month for qualified charitable time donated. |
